Obstacles are everywhere, so rushing ahead can be just as costly as moving too slowly. The strongest design idea is the demand to travel together. If the pair separates, the camera can lose one player, turning a key run into a visibility problem as much as a movement challenge. That makes proximity management central to the experience: each route choice has to account for both players reaching the same area safely, not just one player grabbing a key first.
