Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It reflects our obligations under the EU GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, and the 2026 COPPA Rule (effective 22 April 2026).

1. Who We Are

Doodoo LTD operates DooDoo.Love, a free HTML5 browser-game portal. For any privacy-related question you can reach us at support@doodoo.love. Our editorial team oversees published content and can be reached at editor@doodoo.love.

2. What Data We Collect

Collected Automatically

When you browse DooDoo.Love, standard web logs and analytics may record:

  • IP address (truncated for analytics)
  • User-agent and device type
  • Click events, page views, and time on page
  • Referring URL or search query that brought you here
  • In-site search terms you type

Provided Voluntarily

You may send us information by email or through the developer proposal form. We use the contact and game information supplied to review the proposal or respond to your message.

Developer game proposals

The game proposal form requests developer identity, contact email, build/version links and permission evidence for manual review and follow-up. Online proposals are stored in a private review inbox; they are not published automatically. Request limiting uses a daily scoped hash of the connection address, rather than storing a plain IP in that inbox. Proposals remain for review until removed by an operator. You may request access or deletion at support@doodoo.love, including managed inbox backups; separate licensing records may be retained for games we publish. Copies sent through your email app are also subject to that email service’s handling.

Optional recently opened games

If you choose Remember my games, this browser stores up to six game titles, links, thumbnails, device notices and opening times under ddl-recent-games-v1. This feature does not send that history to our review inbox or analytics. Clear list removes saved entries; Turn off history removes this feature’s browser storage. Game providers manage any game progress separately.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

Essential browser storage supports site features and your choices. Optional Google Analytics/Ahrefs measurement and Google AdSense tools are off until you allow the corresponding category. Embedded game providers use their own systems and privacy controls.

3. Why We Collect It

We process this limited data for three purposes only:

  • Traffic measurement — understanding which games and articles are popular so we can improve the catalogue
  • Ad relevance — helping our advertising partner show less repetitive, more appropriate ads
  • Site improvement — fixing broken games, debugging performance issues, and detecting abuse

The following providers process data on our behalf or alongside us when you use DooDoo.Love. Each link points to that provider's own privacy notice.

5. Cookie Consent & Your Choices

Our consent banner offers two optional site categories: analytics and advertising. Both are off by default. These settings control the tools loaded by DooDoo.Love.

  • Analytics — allows Google Analytics and Ahrefs to measure site traffic.
  • Advertising — allows this site to load Google AdSense tools. Turning this category off blocks those tools on a fresh page.

Before you choose, the site queues denied Google consent states and does not load its optional analytics or AdSense scripts. Embedded games make separate requests to their providers; this banner does not replace their privacy controls.

You can review or change your choices at any time on our Cookie Preferences page. Your choice is stored in your browser. Turning off an enabled category reloads the page. If browser storage is unavailable, the preference page explains the limitation.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA 2.0)

DooDoo.Love is not directed at children under 13. Games can differ in content and provider; review the game information before allowing a child to play.

Playing games does not require a user account. The developer proposal form requests business contact details from developers and authorized representatives; it is not intended for children under 13.

These site preferences do not provide age verification or parental consent, and they do not replace embedded providers’ own privacy controls.

If we learn that we have inadvertently received information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly from our systems and instruct our processors to do the same.

Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information can contact our Editor-in-Chief at editor@doodoo.love and we will act within 10 business days.

7. AI & Automated Content

AI tools assist with some public game descriptions, translations and content drafts.

Game-specific verification notes identify the build and controls actually checked. Content edit dates record text changes; verification coverage varies across the catalogue.

Published material can include AI-assisted drafts and edited content. Read the specific observations and sources attached to a game or article.

The site does not operate an AI-training sharing feature or a separate consent toggle for it. The analytics and advertising choices described above apply to optional site tools, while embedded providers manage their own processing.

8. AI Crawlers

Our robots.txt allows GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended, PerplexityBot, and other well-behaved AI crawlers to index our public pages. We accept that our published content may appear in AI search engines and answer engines, because discoverability helps readers find us. This crawler access covers only pages that are already public on the web — it does not grant access to logs, consent states, or any user data.

9. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of any data we hold that is linked to you
  • Deletion — ask us to erase that data
  • Choices — manage optional site analytics and advertising on the Cookie Preferences page, or contact us about other data requests.

We do not operate user accounts. Developer proposals can contain identifying contact details. To request access or deletion, email support@doodoo.love and we will respond within 30 days.

10. Data Retention

Analytics retention follows the settings of the relevant provider and property. Operational logs are managed on the server. Contact us for retention details relevant to a data request. Your consent preference remains in your browser until cleared.

11. Updates to This Policy

When we materially change this Privacy Policy we update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and re-display the consent banner so returning visitors can review and reconfirm their choices. Minor editorial fixes do not trigger a re-prompt.
