Overlook Tank War is a top-down tank shooter built around a clear objective: control a powerful tank and clear out enemy forces. Because the tank fires automatically, the main challenge shifts away from manual aiming and toward movement, positioning, and reading the battlefield. The bird’s-eye view supports that tactical focus, making enemy approach patterns and available terrain central to each decision. The design rewards players who move with purpose rather than simply charging forward. Enemy waves pressure the arena, so survival depends on avoiding fire, using terrain to limit exposure, and outmaneuvering opponents long enough for the automatic shots to do their work. This gives the game a more positional feel than a pure reflex shooter: offense is always active, but careless movement can still leave the tank vulnerable. A practical approach is to treat obstacles as more than cover. Use them to shape enemy movement, create safer angles, and keep the tank from being surrounded while automatic fire clears threats over time.
