Puppy Merge

Puppy Merge reshapes the merge format by adding falling-object pressure to pet-themed progression. Puppies drop automatically into a boxed arena, and the player’s direct input is to drag puppies around so identical ones can be combined into a new, bigger puppy. The objective is simple, but the space constraint gives each placement weight: a puppy that falls outside the box can end the game. The challenge comes from managing motion and position at the same time rather than arranging a static board. Precise drag control matters because each puppy must be kept inside the arena long enough to meet its matching counterpart. The recovery rule adds tension without making every slip feel final; if a puppy starts to fall, it can be caught and brought back into the arena before the session is lost. Expert Tip: Work near the center of the box whenever possible. Central merges leave more room to drag, adjust, and rescue puppies before they cross the boundary.
