Zombsmis

Zombsmis frames survival as village management after a zombie apocalypse. The player is responsible for keeping life and peace intact while watching the group’s vital signs and preventing the defensive wall from falling. Its central objective is not a single rescue or finish line; the pressure comes from holding the settlement together for as long as possible. The simulation leans on divided attention. Vital signs create an internal survival check, while the wall represents the village’s fragile boundary against collapse. Because villagers can sometimes make decisions on their own, the player is not always issuing every command directly. That autonomy adds uncertainty: a stable moment can shift when the group acts independently, forcing reactive management instead of pure micromanagement. The strongest tension comes from balancing control with observation. A player who focuses only on the wall may miss the condition of the group, while constant attention to villagers can leave the structure vulnerable. Zombsmis is best understood as an endurance simulation built around monitoring, prevention, and adaptation, with the core question kept deliberately simple: how long can the village hold out?
