The upgrade structure revolves around armor bonuses, speed bonuses, and extra impostor bonuses, with additional progress coming from daily bonuses, achievements, and the shop menu. Coins earned at the end of each game can be used to improve the character, so repeated play feeds into long-term development rather than one isolated attempt. The presence of 15 different characters also gives the progression system a clear collection angle. A strong approach is to treat speed and armor as competing priorities: moving faster can help secure food sooner, while armor supports riskier moments against rival impostors.
