Pumpkin Blast frames its physics puzzles around Jack, a pumpkin trying to escape a dark prison. The objective is direct: use explosives to move Jack in the right direction, land him in the safe area, and avoid the dangerous spikes along the way. Each level asks for precision rather than speed, since fewer attempts are tied to the pursuit of three-star results. The challenge comes from judging blast placement, angle, and force. Overpowering a launch can be just as costly as falling short, especially when spikes punish poor positioning. The most efficient solutions often favor restraint, using smaller blasts and careful trajectory adjustments to guide Jack safely instead of simply sending him as far as possible. Because success depends on minimizing attempts, Pumpkin Blast rewards repeat observation and incremental correction. A useful approach is to adjust explosive force in small steps and watch how Jack’s path changes; a weaker blast can sometimes create the safer route to the landing area.
