Each side opens cells in turn, earns points equal to the face value of the revealed cell, and tries to finish with the higher score. One mistake sharply changes the round: the player who hits a mine loses immediately. That scoring rule gives each turn more weight than simple survival. Safer choices can preserve a lead, while riskier reveals may be worth considering when the opponent is ahead on points. Because thinking time is limited, the duel format pushes players to read the board quickly instead of relying only on slow pattern checking. Field size options run from Newbie to Amateur to Professional, letting the match scale with confidence and experience. Time modes include Bullet, Blitz, and Classic, so the same core logic puzzle can feel tighter or more deliberate depending on the selected pace.
