Permutation Transport builds its puzzle around nine card slots, with each slot holding up to twelve fruits. Various fruits are randomly generated, so each decision starts with reading the current mix of produce and choosing where it can fit without wasting space. The clear objective is to complete the target number of transportation trips: when a slot is filled entirely with the same kind of fruit, a truck carries that slot away and moves the player closer to victory. The strategic weight comes from managing limited slot capacity while trying to form uniform fruit groups efficiently. Immediate matches can be useful, but the stronger play often involves weighing short-term progress against future slot flexibility. Filling one slot too quickly may solve the current problem while leaving the remaining fruits harder to arrange; waiting too long can create clutter and reduce options. The result is a management-focused matching challenge where careful planning, pattern recognition, and transport timing matter as much as simply finding identical fruit.
